Because: it Could be used against James CEO, sometime in the future.

some change in Plans or a dozen other reasons. James could be made out as a Lier! a man who does keep his word.

Dig, are you sure about that being James e-mail address? I maybe mistaken but SUNVALLYSOLARINC.COM is their web address not e-mail. The reason I ask, is that when I e-mailed James at that address my server said that it could not deliver the message. My e-mail is followed by @gmail.com, my son's is @yahoo.com. I know that there other servers beside g-mail and yahoo. He may not be getting messages.
