Rosset: Reporting of stock sales by insiders is always after the fact, so I don't know exactly the answer to your question, but suggest you go to http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/WTCT/financials and read the OTC financial filings and the SEC filings. It will provide the most up to date info out there, imo. Certainly there are plenty of restricted shares to come off restriction and plenty that are currently off restriction. Latest Qtr. filing gives some history of dilution over time.
