You don't seem to understand the problem. It isn't that $247 million is anything but an phenomenal amount, it's if that amount has any effect on the $16 - $17 dollar stock price.

If Momenta's management decides to put to their $50 mil in 1% treasuries with the rest of their money, it'll have a small effect in relationship to its real value. On the other hand if they decide to use their capital to roll out other products or take M118 into trials itself the stock would double.
