I agree,there is no way around it when your primary source of income is issuing (dumping) shares and the debt levels are outrageous and this will hit no-bid by months end.The writing is on the wall,even with REAL assests...lol.This one is toast,piss poor management.What a pos,non emotional trader...just stating a fact,what happened to ARTS being on high alert? It is more like life support...man that 10-k was brutal....they should of been non reporting.
