I believe people are starting to see that Calypso is going to take this all the way, as I said a year ago. This case isn't going to end prematurely like prior attempts to deal with the Daic parties. I think Calypso is going for a final resolution concerning the Daic parties this time and once that happens Calypso will be moving on very quickly to other things more important. It is an unfortunate fact of life that the courts are so inefficient in getting things done. Hopefully we have seen the end of the trial dates moving around. I guess it's a good thing the Daic parties wanted a speedy trial.
