the good news IS the filing, not its content. WHO CARES what the shell did? I certainly did not buy SLMU for anything in the shell or its numbers.

I think that the filing of the 10K is an indication that the deal is going to get done. I think the fact that it was filed on time is an indication that the deal will get done soon.

You read it wrong, v-tas. Google "reverse merger" then come back. The shell reported the 10K - the shell does not have the assets but will receive the assets, from Sunlogics. Reread the PR's and past filings then come back and try to make your argument, again.

Unbelievable that you continue to try and use the shell's assets and income as a way to value the incoming company. Do you not even have an understanding of how a reverse merger works. Clearly you do.

Yeah I didn't see much good in it either. Been wondering about that. Hadn't heard anyone talk about it and was thinking it was just me.

perhaps you need to get on the phone and get word from the company so you can stop hating on SLMU. 10k = indication of a merger. it's been put out by the Director, Sass, thats its happening now. i hope you sell me your shares, if you even own any. cheapies are right here so get them before all of us strong hands buy them up as we were doing today. we found a new bottom today at .10 - .11, you could see that from watching L2 and based on charts.
