Well weak investors get nervous when they see the support start falling, and they panic. Everyone would love to always sell on the ask, but when a stock starts falling.. Selling on the bid is sometimes the only way out, and it's not a bad plan if you can see where it will end up. Then you let it fall and get back in. Lower lows my friend.. That's how good traders do things.
