To move DEGH, I think we need to see projected revenues and earnings based on this new merger. Do we have this information somewhere?

I believe the big unknown here is that we really don't know how much better off DEGH is with this merger. Nothing is or has been said as to the profitability of Fuse Science. We really don't know if these other businesses are significantly profitable now or is this a long term project. What we do know is that there is quite a bit of financial commitments made to those running the new DEGH. How will they all get paid? Perhaps future financials will be revealing. Perhaps there will be another merger down the road. Time will tell here.
