Hmmmmm, Peter does seem to twist things a bit. ;-) So, if he DID get an investor and also sold the bonds of Revenge Supercars, LLC, then he plans to pay the past debts of Revenge Industries, Inc., (the Henry Co. loan) perhaps some old Revenge Designs, Inc. bills, (and no doubt Revenge Designs, LLC lawsuits for back taxes)
Peter is the sole debtor of Revenge Designs, LLC and signed, I do believe, a personal guarantee with Industries to Henry Co. on that loan.
Seems Peter is good at trying to continue to rob Paul to pay Peter.
