Absolutely right Abe.

The accountants aren't going to delete the going concern clause because of inflated ATM sales. "Going concern" isn't about next quarter. It's about the long term viability, and that's not going to change until something really significant happens.

Agree totally. We have all we can do to raise enough money using the ATM to cover money being spent. Forget about accumulating enough to get rid of the going concern. IMO the ATM has been active over the last week as the pattern has been 30,000+ sell driving pps down several cents, scratch and claw small buys back up, 30,000+ sell back down several cents.

Need a money PR. Will be difficult to structure non=dilutive with Bavi due to its ability for several indications and possible off label usage. Maybe something with Cotara.
