I save you the time and say I probably said it "could be" but nothing definitive. I also posted things like "once the merger..." "when they finally release, if they do..." which point to a much more definitive view that they were at some point going to merge. After all, they basically had to because they painted themselves into that corner after the NW*T screw up and too many people were watching at that point.
At any rate, the thing took over 6 months and hundreds of millions of diluted shares when it was supposed to be all but signed once it moved over here from NW*T.
