I was doing a little checking and I see that there is a fund that uses the Mebane Faber's Quantitative approach:

Cambria Global Tactical ETF | GTAA

The fund has only been in existance less than one year. Not much information on Morningstar so will probably have to go right to the fund.

I assume I can just aim the components. Would that work. Or is a constant value system like Mr. Puri better. I'm looking for simplicity. In thr Ivy portfolio book buy and hold did ok also about 9% .
