I am not sure how the Transfer agent works or how the restriced shares work. I know nothing of time frames or if there is a "Gagged" or an "ungagged" Transfer agent.

All I know is there is a lot of BS happening here and am looking at this company as if it were my own.

I believe there is too much "reading into" going on.

This is a revamped company and smart business people go to where the money is available.

Personally I think this way would not work for a penny stock...I am starting a business, I need the pps to get to .50 so I can dilute 50 billion shares . Please invest so I can take your money ann then I promise you will get it back 10 fold.....I will let you know when I will "dilute" so you can put more money in, instead of taking it out.>..thanks for your interest.
