Could be, but I don't feel I've said anything unreasonable, just an honest evaluation of how things stand with CBIS, and not directed to you specifically but generally to all. Going months without an update from a stock is one thing, but going months without any update despite the company feigning progress just seems deceptive.

But I admit its my fault for not realizing earlier. I seem to be the last to have realized Rockbrook is not affiliated with CBIS and that several assets and relationships supposedly held since last year are no longer. I've looked at all the Phoenix Tears websites many times, I've done a lot of DD, but I seem to be the last to have figured out that CBIS is going to merge with them and start selling lighting technologies. Fine, I get it now. It just means my evaluation of CBIS is several months behind.

I think involvement with PT is a great idea and I'm sure it will help out the company while they both help developing cannabis medicines for sick people. I'm all for that. That's the best, most innovative part. Its just too bad they had to lead me on in the interim.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: First off there was talk with a joint venture with SFIO. SFIO has absolutely no phyiscal product evidence, no streams of revenue, no management skills, no investor relations meetings/updates, no proof of a physical development location. Hmmmmm SFIO sounds much too similar to CBIS. You can probably benefit more by going to your local bar and finding an old homeless alcoholic to talk to than to call Mark. Now rumors that CBIS will joint venture with Phoenix Tears? OMG that would be like amazing! Now you have Mark Friedman, Dr. Melamede, and Rick Simpson from Phoenix Tears all teamed up. I wouldn't necessarily call this a COMPANY but more of a protest / supporter group to legalize marijuana. Seriously, do any of these people look like they have the ability to run a pharmaceutical company? (I don't think so). After doing research and watching videos on the Phoeneix Tears website, I came up with the conclusion that Phoenix Tears is just an awareness website. The site does NOT sell hemp oils but instead gives them for free to cure people. The site actually shows people how to make the hemp oils for themselves. It stated in the video that hemp oil can NOT be patented therefore drug companies can not profit from it. Even if CBIS merged with Phoenix Tears it wouldn't matter anyway, because you can't patent these hemp oils. I wouldn't call it a Phoenix Tears merger, I would call it a "Cannabis Science Medical Marijuana Supporter Recruit; Rick Simpson". Another ironic thing I discovered is that on the Cannabissicence website it says BREAKING NEWS "Cannabis Science Extracts Kills Cancer Cells While Treating Cancer Patients Through Its Licensed Distributor Rockbrook". Rockbrook isn't even affiliated with Cannabis Science anymore....... Unfortunately Cannabis Science was much better off when Steve Kubby was the CEO, from what I read in press releases is that Steve Kubby invented the products and he took the patents and products when he left Cannabis Science. Before Steve Kubby left, Dr. Melamede was the Chief Scientific Officer, and Steve Kubby was the CEO. That is probably why the management for CBIS is so bad now, because they don't have someone who is capable of running a company correctly. By the way where does Cannabis Science get their funding from? I have never seen ANY information regarding the funding for their product development and research warehouse. I honestly think that a new Cannabis company will emerge, a company that has plenty of funding, a stable plan, and a management team. I am just waiting for this company to come out of the shadows. I am just trying to open up some ideas to people here.
