you are right. been here for a while and i learned thru getting burned. this is a momo play from fall to spring, then dies out in the summer.

My core is long but i know (learned) when to flip this one and for now thats really its best value.

I have my core because i support the cause, but my wallet comes first (lets see how many people would admit that!)
