Seawind is to receive the same number of shares as Rudana has, which is just over 20 million. Could they give Rudana more shares for their Hydro Projects? Maybe, which could mean more shares for seawind. Either way we are talking possibly billions of dollars in projects coming in from both Seawind and Rudana.
This is really 2 companies merging in, in a way. Rudana who acquired the shell back in Jan 2008, and Seawind who is coming in via reverse merger.
