As in small revenues, lean margins? Unfortunately Sun's cost structure is still far out of alignment with where it has to be for Sun to prosper with its 1996 SPARC business model replaced by a 2006 x86 business model.
If it was "ready" now, it wouldn´t have been pushed back towards the end of the year.

SUN´s hype usually lacks substance, and the products usually arrive at a time (after several delays) where any competitive advantage they might have had has already evaporated.
Scott is very bullish on Galaxy, business is very good.

If Newton is heading NSG, what is Bechtolsheim's position? I thought he remained responsible for the Galaxy group and when he returned to SUN was reporting to McNealy?
