THe motive is obvious to those who can see the forest and not just focused on a single tree.
Since all states, municipalities and counties already review permits, inspect installations, and test performance to strict EPA requirements, and since all installations are designed uniquely and specifically for the soil types, drainage, and water table specifications of the building site, there is no financial motivation for obtaining an EPA certification on a single specific iteration of a system. It makes no business sense whatsoever.
On the other hand if a company is in the business of convincing technically naive shareholders to buy all the shares being printed, such seemingly unimpeachable endorsement from the federal government is worth it's weight in gold. Look at how many people expound on the EPA certifications even though there are hundreds of systems being installed all over the country by companies that have never even considered the EPA certification.
Not a fact. Hearsay as quoted by a scammer. Show me the link to the State and the written promise.
Yeah. The same vendor that reported uplists to the TSX, reported revenue projections of millions of dollars, reported buying other companies all which turned out to be lies.
The EPA certification was obtained for one reason and one reason only......... to impress naive investors. It has obviously worked wonders. Funny how it hasn't gotten them a single job in the last cou[le years though, huh?
