Seems they are trying to tell us that this is the reason for the delay... I could be wrong.

Another possibility as to WHY the SEC is checking so close, "could" be a "foreign" investor or partner.

I had not even thought of that possibility UNTIL I started checking out Cantor Fitzgerald.

Not saying it's so, but still a "possibility" that would be logical, especially in view of all the SEC involvement.

Just my thoughts
