Just a couple of comments on your points. The CEO Dr. D is only 67

It is unlikely to take "years" The smaller cases with minimum insurance usually settle withing six months of SPIN's engagement, some as soon as a couple of months.

The larger cases which tend to pay a larger percentage,if not all of billing tend to take longer, but still most settle within a year, with a few just a couple of months after SPIN's engagement.
