I agree with your calculations. But this is penny stock and It needs just a momo. Just look at GH*V (GHL*). 10-Q out just now, it has 150 million O/S and no revenue. Still its trading at 9 cents now. So HLXH needs some kind of momo and it will fly. JMHO.

BUYER BEWARE of getting stuck in an illiquid penny stock. Here is their income for the past 6 years.

O/S did not change as far back as 2005 so I will base it at 58 million shares.

Net Income:

2005 : $1,541,677 (.0267 EPS) x 10 PE = .267pps
2006 : ($176,581) (LOSS)
2007 : $615,969 (.011 EPS) x 10 PE = .11pps

Then they went dark.

2008 : ($19,821) (LOSS)
2009 : ($130,922) (LOSS)
2010 : ($287,714) (LOSS)

THESE are the numbers, not the float, the "story" or anything else. The company has been rapidly accelerating LOSSES the past three years, and the NASCAR project is all but dead. Even in their BEST YEAR they were worth 26.7c a share. 6 YEARS AGO!!!!
