Let's hope that they actually make use of those loan possibilities instead of issuing new shares.

How did they finance the purchase of the $52,703,690 worth of land? How much could they possibly loan using that land?

Seems though that they get land that they can use for favourable loans but they never actually loan money, instead they issue shares at a low price per share when they need something.

Another question that should be asked at the conference call is how much land that they got and how it is intended to be used. Guess the government expects something to be done with the land.

What is clear is that the company plans to become a much bigger company.

They traded the division with the slowest growth for a whole lot of cash, and got a whole, whole, whole lot of land for faster growing businesses.

Guess we'll see Thursday what those plans are, assuming the Form-10 resubmission permits.

The 10-K also reveals a lot about how quickly the flower business earnings will grow: well over 100% in 2011.

"Land is the key for growth"--Chad

Thanks a lot for chiming in here and zeroing in on this particular topic, and also for pointing out the three other statements of key interest in the 10-K. Very helpful distillation for me.
