narnia, too much of that information is inaccurate. For example Rudana owns 51.1% of PSPW, not 69%. Olivier De Vergnies resigned, etc.
Also, it appears that Rudana's contract with Albania is for more than just hydro projects. I believe the majority of the 4 billion euro deal is hydro but possibly not all. Is PSPW getting just the hydro projects? We don't know yet as fact.
The alpha DD needs to be brought up to date. I plan on doing it this coming week. And then as developments occur.
