Health 1st and foremost my man...I'm glad that you feel better.....It's Gods way of telling you that you have more time on this planet if you decide to take care of yourself..... ;-)

My father passed away 6 months ago but he lived to be 92. It is tough for us but he had a hell of a run and we were glad to have him around.... Get my point ;-)
