On February 19, 2010, the Company amended its Certificate of Incorporation and its authorized number of common shares was changed to 4,000,000,000. The Company’ par value of both its preferred and common shares is $0.0001 per share. All references to preferred and common shares in the financial statements and accompanying notes to the financial statements have been retroactively restated to reflect the change in par value
