Well look. Let's hope during FINRA's review there is something they find that supports our thought that this company's pps should be higher and there's been some illegal manipulation.
Obviously, we are waiting FINRA approval on a name change and we are reporting current. Seems to me MGRN has been up front with more transparency then most pinks.
It is possible that Saratu's objective is to meet NMS regulations - but that may be far fetched.
I will tell you this - THERE IS SOMETHING VERY WRONG WHEN $33K HITS NITES BEST ASK AND THEY DO NOT UP TICK AND THEN THE STOCK DOWN TICKS.
Personally I do not think NITE is in the business of selling MGRN's stock for MGRN(company dilution) and they have been on best ask bringing us down for two straight weeks.
I am hoping that FINRA finds something in this practice that is illegal or they can clarify to the people who sent emails what the situation/circumstances are/were that caused such trading patterns/manipulation.
Whatever happens, we will be better traders. As for our money - well, are/were already at the bottom here.
