unfortunately, it is dillution. i think most are aware of that. i think the big question is for how long and how much are they gonna dillute. right now it seems they are not willing to push it below .003. but if retail pushes it below .003 it is a whole new ballgame. i think many are just sitting on the sidelines right now waiting to see how that all plays out.
