At the presentation it was explained that the DEC approves when they approve, there is no set timetable. These comments came from attendee's, not JBI. The important thing for JBI was to complete the applications and submit them on time and they did that. When asked if the temporary permit has a time limit, JB reported that there are no problems with temporary permit, can be extended until the permits that JBI submitted are approved. In other words, JBI did everything asked of them, there are no problems at JBI's end.
Have no idea about a vendor license or what is required in New York State, I know that they can sell as of now. I'd be very surprised if we didn't hear news of the LOI becoming a signed contract and who the buyer is by the end of this month.
