There are reasons the DTCC exits the cussip for a security....to protect investors. Then brokers ban buying/selling of the security, again to protect investors. - PRmaniac

I am able to buy shares through Vanguard. I guess they aren't interested in protecting me.

Looking forward to the chill being lifted so I could add more in my ETrade account.
