I'll believe it when I have the shares in my account, same goes for a R/M, now it's not even clear who's merging into who. Looks like the new I/R firm was correct in saying KATX is in a state of disarray. Now we have a nice increase in the A/S. There's how we hoped things would go, and then there's reality.
