I'm a little confused on the 15 day extension,this company's year end is dec 31,so the 10k should have been filed by a march 31st deadline, however they got a 15 day extension,but the extension was granted on the 16th of march. Most companies seem to wait until march 31 to file for an extension,So exactly when is the end of the 15 day extension?thank in advance for any responses.IMO. Glta. (rookie, great day on the other one today huh!!!
