The meeting was 'unnecessary' because Mr. Durrant was gonna get voted as a director anyway because Rudana owns like 70% of the company. Perhaps zoedog can explain it to you better, he put like $xxx,xxx into this stock.

Not a proxy meeting as stated in 8K a few days ago, but you would have had to read it to know, that is why only a loyal PSPW holder went, all came true so that puts any doubt out the window.
