Think strategically. Why draw lots of new eyes to you while in a lawsuit with a very notorious company. OR draw lots of new eyes to you just after just wiping the floor with a lawsuit of a notorious company. Marketing of the stock will come after the suit is settled. Naturally that will mean more PRs except the ones held back until deals are done.
