#22399 RE: berg111 #22398

I heard everything passed for both MMXT and SCMI....but I'm not sure if there has been a filing or anything on that to back it up?

Berg,

All the items that were voted on were passed with around 90% or more approval. This was announced at the meeting.

Although I think this story will take longer to unfold, I do think the point of the investment banker, Mark Robins, and his excitment and future involvement with the company has not gotten the attention it deserves. He is an independant fellow, with a track record of supporting small public companies durring their emerging and growth stages. He has looked at the company from the outside (done his dd) and has come to the conclusion that we should see growth to about 100M in revenue within a "couple of years". He is thinking this will translate to a stock price between .4 and 1.4.

My only gripe is that I thought we had a good shot to be in the lower part of this range later this year. The technology works, we have a lead on Macrovision, the only other real competator out there. The market is embracing the technology (the letter read from BMG, along with the gold, platinum, and double platinum record gifts to Peter from the President of BMG show this in a very tangable way).

Another point that perhaps can only be appreciated by diving into the product is that Media Max will load and run on any system without rebooting the system, the windows system. Eric explained this saying this is something that even Microsoft engineers cannot do yet. So, yeah, I believe we can stay ahead of the competition, and I do believe we will be a big player (maybe still second to Macrovision)in DVD's before too long, maybe not soon enough for some investors, but in the real world of software development, it will be done quickly. And Yes I do think we will take the same approach to DVD encoding (the software approach) as opposed to Macrovision which has taken a different approach. That race will be fun to watch.
