It's been stated several times that there is nothing out there pending that should stop the 10-K from being posted. However, 1 thing to consider is that April 15th is 24 hours. April 15th is not just 9am - 4:30pm. With that being said, I'm guessing it will post after hours. I have no proof, just a guess.
