Glad you have turned positive, though I can't recall when you did, or perhaps you only just did.

Rebound is expected to at least 1.60, the diluted NAV! I guess most ppl didnt really understand the results. At least we now know that the results have undergone due dilligence. Looking forward to guidance next Apr 21!!
