haha...i would say that is just Etrade being in the middle of the process of converting. my account shows my positions in QEDN but has a value of zero (aint that the truth!). I have always used Etrade and have been in multiple R/S scenarios and have yet to be able to dump my shares the day of the conversion. I have heard that if you call them you may be able to get somewhere, but more than likely you will nto be able to do anything until the brokers recieve the new shares, and by then this will be down to a penny. IMO
