A: To get an explanation of why your Partner Registration Application was denied, please open a case with Partner Help.
Please provide your Partner Name, Country, and Application ID (Located in your email)
A Cisco representative will contact you directly within three business days.
Possible reasons:
1) Your company is not an Indirect reseller or does provide related support or professional services (ie. plan, design, implement, operate).
2) A duplicate application has been submitted (Only 1 application per company)


Registration is submitted for consideration and APPROVAL by CISCO. It must meet the defined acceptance criteria.

Acceptance IS NOT automatic.
