Leckrone has built some'Fire walls',that he can use to hide behind..Alliacense is the entity that does the actual negotiating and signing-up of Licenses,,as well as the research that produces the "PROOF" that is used to convince the alledged infringer that he should concede and that we have the 'goods',on them,and that it is in their best interest to just capitulate and BUY a License..

So the imbroglio that we see unfolding between TPL and Moore is separate and distinct from Alliacense..

If Moore were to prevail in that case,it would NOT affect Alliacense operations per se..Especially since Moore is NOT
denying that he engaged Leckrone to prosecute the MMP portfolio
on his behalf..What he is contesting is the conveyance of ownership of the MMP portfolio to Leckrone or TPL..
This is merely my rendition of the facts as I see them,and I
am NOT declaring MY version to be GOSPEL,rather,only my "TAKE"..
