It was the company and the company alone. They sold the shares while lying to the public about the amount of shares that were actually out there. That and that alone was their demise.

To try and say there was another force behind it is silly when we know for fact it was Mosky and Metter..

It's obvious the SEC is looking at what the insiders did and they know it wasn't due to some mythical NSS in the penny market. This can be proven by them saying there's 52M in disgorgement from RME alone, who are Mosky and Metter...
