sounds like a good idea to me... any high rollers out there? I can only vouch for myself and what responses I get from whomever...it does no good to copy and paste emails or repeat phone calls as they can be easily dismissed as hearsay...but those who know me, know I speak the truth fwiw but we all need to hear it from the company...
