mz...I did not miss any point. Your first effort to disagree was very weak on logic trying to say a Swiss company and an USA citizen were Nigerian. And then you tried again and your conclusion was even weaker because you had only one company. Then you postulate there was probably some small Nigerian company that owned a small amount of shares. Weak and grabbing at straws. So then you tried to to say the article was confusing and poorly written and probably meant something other than what it plainly said. Even weaker argument.

Now everyone knows and has known for nearly 5 years FAB owns between 8 and 9 percent of ERHC's common. Sylvan who is the CFO and sees all the transfers from the transfer agent knew precisely what he was saying. I believe he said what he meant to say and that was a "number of individuals and companies" who are Nigerian own 8 to 9 percent of the ERHC's common stock. There is not 2 different blocks of ERHC common stock owned by Nigerians. There is only one block of that description and Sylvan of all people would know who owns it, and he did not say FAB owned it. You are saying in effect that he said the bank owns 60+ million shares and a handful of individuals { 4 to be exact } own less than a million. That is your conclusion.

My conclusion is different than yours.

And BTW for all those who believe DK has always been truthful about everything he has said and written about ERHC, need to talk to some of the people who have had many contacts over a period of years with him as i have.
