Half, the point I was making is that a reduction of false positives for infection/inflammatory conditions will not change the stated specificity if at all.

False positives due to inflammatory conditions would be a very small part of the overall false positives but the press release made it look like the entire false positives were reduced.

Moro made the point of saying "inflammatory" but how many reading the press release would realize the difference.
