well, i suspect the MM's don't like it because of the low float. Too easy to get burned playing the usual games. PPS will follow a verified revenue stream. Announcements are nice, but not enough to really move it. I like their penchant for diversification, it is a wise strategy, providing the follow through is there. For a couple of hundred bucks you could have a real future payer here. At 50K and probably will ultimately go long 75k shares, subject to DD. After all, it is a penny stock.
