From where I'm sitting, it looks like STXG is trying to get their foot in the door and pick up shares from anyone wanting to flip. That way, they will have some shares to sell for a profit once EVCA releases the "real" news and the pps goes through the roof and STAYS at a fair market value.

Interesting to notice their Cal and NJ offices.
