I really don't know if anything is wrong. A year really is'nt that long IMO. There could still be some minor issues they have to take care of with the shell before going public. It also takes time to get all of the filings in order for the SEC when preparing to go public. Like I have said before, I've seen shells dormant for years pop out of no where and become thous of percents gainers. In that respect, a year is'nt that long. At least we know who owns the shell and we also know they want to go public. At this PPS, throwing a little bit of lunch money at it would'nt hurt IMO. I'm still riding free shares here so I will let them ride to the end. Sure as heck am not going to sell down here.
