If this goes lower, be careful about buying your avg down. Buying the avg down can be a good thing. Just remember if these guys dilute too much it could get very risky. With that being said, They are a QB penny so if they change the ss they have to file.
This is the 10Q http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=7461297 they have a good ss. I personally think if you got in yesterday like I did it was a good buy.
