i.e. The company exists and has employees. Remember this was the start of the short attack, that the company didn't even exist. If what this poster says is true, we are only discussing the size of the company. The companies value is based on futue PE.

What about your conversation with the employee gave you the sense that something very grave is happening? Certainly the new resignation is not a good sign and the fact they can't nail down a CFO or forensic.

I am wondering if you got that sense directly from your source and what specifically he/she said in that direction.
