I am in but want to get more. I have been waiting for funds to clear which should be today and I will watch and put an order in. I am not worried about the fins or CE, that will be cleared up in time.

chances are down short term from here.

I must be missing something. Let's see if we are looking at the same facts:

POSITIVES
1) We just broke our Big-Bad resistance point yesterday.
2) Confirmed a Cup & Handle formation.
3) On a powerful uptrend with no reversal signal.
4) Trading above our 6 month highs.
5) No substantial resistance in sight(I highly doubt there are still people holding shares from a year ago at .02 that are going to sell...They either averaged down, are going to hold, or sold for a loss by now. JMO, this is not a fact like the rest)
6) Dredging operations beginning.
7) Will see immediate gains with gold recovery and serious revenues when we capitalize on the growing REE potential.
8) Company attempting to become current and uplist.


NEGATIVES
1) RSI is now overbought
2) ...?

I got stuck on the negatives...maybe you can help me out and then we can compare.

Bottom line is this(IMO): Short term and long term are GREEN

I wouldn't be surprised to see some red today though. If the bulls don't come out early some people will think the trend is over and take their money. No big deal, this will only provide an entry point for others.
