SUGO ready to Break Out of a "Declining Tops" trendline !!

If I could annotate a "Declining Tops Trendline",
across the 0.0018 March High,
and the 0.0008 September High,

you would see that the trendline,
is now resting right on top,
of last weeks closing High of 0.0002 !!
